Krisztina Droux

Krisztina Droux is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at NOTZgroup since December 2019. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Omnicom Group Holding AG from January 2015 to December 2019, and Senior HR Consultant in Legal, Tax & Compliance at A à Z emplois SA. Krisztina has also worked with RECHSTEINER Partners SA as a Consultant for Management and Specialist Positions and held various consultancy roles including at Alec Allan & Associés SA. Earlier career experiences include Data Management Consultant and Administration Executive at Talisman Software, as well as positions at the Hungarian Embassy and the National Office of the Judiciary Council. Krisztina holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Law and Political Sciences in Budapest and a CAS in Human Resource Management from the University of Geneva. Additionally, Krisztina completed the Bar Exam in Budapest.
