Tanjyiya Pledger

Tanjyiya Pledger currently serves as a Cyber Engineering Technical Lead and Cyber Security Analyst at nou Systems, Inc. since February 2019. Prior experience includes a notable tenure with the US Navy from November 1998 to November 2018, where Tanjyiya held various positions, including Recruitment Manager and Leading Chief Petty Officer, along with roles in technical maintenance and counseling. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree and a Graduate Level Certificate in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Studies and an Associate of Science in Electrical Studies from Thomas Edison State University.
