Timothy Kirchner

Timothy Kirchner has extensive experience in DoD program acquisition and management, specifically focusing on Test and Evaluation Services, Test Range Modernization, and Space and R&D. With over 28 years in the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defence, Timothy has held various technical leadership roles, including Technical Director at Reagan Test Site and GBI Flight Test Lead. Timothy also has experience in electronics engineering and maintenance supervision from their earlier career at Reynolds Metals Company. Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated expertise in program management, budgeting, logistics support, and improvement and modernization.
