William Parker

William Parker is a Senior Systems Analyst at nou Systems, Inc., where William provides analytical services and expertise to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. Prior to their current role, William held positions as a Systems Engineer at Penta Research Incorporated, Lockheed Martin, Wyle CAS Group, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, and Booz Allen Hamilton. William holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Colorado School of Mines, as well as Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering and Economics from the same institution.
