Silpa Kohler

Silpa Kohler is a seasoned professional in risk management and internal audit, currently serving as General Manager of Internal Audit at Noumi since January 2024. Previously held the position of Head of Risk & Internal Audit at The a2 Milk Company from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included designing risk-centric internal audit plans, developing risk management programs, and enhancing crisis management capability. Prior experience includes various roles at Mirvac, where significant contributions were made in project management and finance, and as Internal Audit Manager at Frasers Property Australia. Silpa began a career in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers, achieving recognition as a qualified Chartered Accountant in September 2008.
