Howard Rosenstein

Howard Rosenstein currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Nouria since October 2023 and is a Co-Founder of Shannon's Path, a charitable organization dedicated to funding appendiceal cancer research and improving holistic cancer care. Previously, Howard held the position of Independent Board Director at XENON Corporation, where the focus was on developing innovative pulsed light technology. Additionally, Howard served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Cumberland Farms from January 2010 to January 2020 and as Vice President of Tax and Treasury Services at The Cumberland Gulf Group in early 2009. Howard received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management between 1990 and 1992.
