Jess Osmond

Jess Osmond has a diverse work experience in legal and compliance roles. Currently, they are the Head of Legal and Compliance at Nourish Care, where they oversee legal and compliance requirements. Prior to this, Jess worked as a Compliance Lead at Nourish Care, managing security standards and contract management. They also worked as a Compliance Officer at Nourish Care, where they focused on health and social care and software sectors. Before joining Nourish Care, Jess worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at Flowbird Group, ensuring compliance across health and safety, environmental regulations, and ISO standards. They also had a role as a Commercial Officer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they assisted in contract drafting and negotiations. Additionally, Jess holds accreditation as a Mediator trained by ADR-ODR International.

Jess Osmond graduated from the University of Winchester in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons degree in Law. The following year, in 2019, Jess attended BPP Law School and obtained a BPTC with Integrated LLM in Negotiation and Case Analysis.
