Luke Gibson

Luke Gibson is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in various managerial roles within retail. Currently serving as a Software Developer at Nourish Care since March 2022, Luke also owns and leads the development of the text-based browser game Critticwars, which has been an ongoing project since November 2009 and was built using self-taught skills in HTML, CSS3, PHP, and MySQL. Previously, Luke dedicated over 17 years at Asda, where Luke held multiple managerial positions, including Food Hall Manager, Ecommerce Manager, and Regional Gatekeeper, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technology and management. Luke holds a Diploma in Full Stack Software Development from Code Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Financial Management from the University of Portsmouth.
