Christa Mantey RDN is a seasoned Registered Dietitian and nutrition expert with extensive experience in virtual health and nutrition counseling, currently serving at Nourish since December 2023. As the owner of Christa Mantey Wellness since November 2014, Christa has also played significant roles in health coaching and public speaking. Christa has been a Sales Coordinator at The Juice Plus+ Company since March 2011, leading a successful team and managing sales and marketing efforts across the nation. Previous leadership experience includes serving as the Director of Nutrition at VeraVia Integrative Wellness Retreat and co-founding Your Wellness Consultants, LLC, where Christa designed customized wellness programs that generated substantial healthcare savings. Christa's background also includes coaching over 5,000 individuals at Alere, Inc. and providing nutritional education at Canyon Ranch. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Business from the University of Delaware and various certifications in lactation education and holistic health counseling.
