Laura Pietig

Laura Pietig is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in clinical nutrition. Currently working at Nourish since February 2024, Laura previously served as a Clinical Dietitian at Regions Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 and at St. Luke's Hospital from April 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included evaluating medical nutrition therapy needs, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Laura's earlier role at North Ridge Health and Rehab involved conducting quarterly nutritional assessments, while experience at CHI St. Joseph Health focused on bariatric surgery education and non-surgical weight loss counseling. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota, earned between 2013 and 2017, and has experience mentoring dietetic students.
