Marina Kemper

Marina Kemper has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Marina began their career as a Client Services Associate at Charter Asset Management in 2017. In 2018, Marina joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, where they progressed to the role of Senior Associate Consultant before becoming a Consultant. During their time at Bain & Company, they gained valuable experience in consulting and strategy. In 2020, Marina worked as an Operations and Strategy Extern at Intercare Therapy, Inc., where they assisted in various projects, including physician engagement, scheduling tool improvements, clinician training strategy, and Google Ads campaign management. Currently, Marina holds the position of Director of Operations at Nourish, where they are dedicated to solving America's healthcare crisis by connecting chronic condition patients with Registered Dietitians via telehealth and ensuring coverage by health insurance.

Marina Kemper pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA between 2014 and 2018.
