Mary Mik

Mary Mik, RDN, currently serves as a Council Member for the Denver Sustainable Food Policy Council and as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Nourish, achieving a high Net Promoter Score through patient collaboration on health goals. As the owner of Mary Mik Nutrition, Mary focuses on supporting chronic dieters in finding food freedom via Intuitive Eating. Previous experience includes working as a WIC Registered Dietitian at Denver Health, where Mary provided nutrition support to high-risk populations, and holding various roles at Apple, including People Operations Planner and Training Lead. With a background in interactive teaching from Slow Food Denver and a dietetic internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Mary has an educational foundation that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Food Policy and Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University.
