Nourished3 is a skincare brand rooted in the belief that true beauty and well-being extend beyond the surface. We embrace a holistic approach to skincare, catering to diverse consumers who seek more than just topical solutions. In a world captivated by the enchantment of holistic wellness, we stand against the empty promises of unattainable perfection.

We focus on acne-prone and problematic skin, offering guidance and support where it's needed most. We understand that genuine beauty and wellness require attention not only to external care but also to the internal and spiritual aspects of our bodies. Our foundation lies in the gut-brain-skin axis, a concept deeply connected to our hearts and supported by substantial research.

We're dedicated to nurturing this connection, recognizing that emotions, gut health, and skin homeostasis are intertwined. Stressful emotions can alter the gut microbiome, leading to inflammation in the body and skin, resulting in acne. The Nourished3 trilogy embodies our commitment to these principles, using our carefully curated ingredients and techniques to promote a healthy skin microbiome, restore balance, and protect the skin barrier for clear and healthy skin.

We address both external and internal factors, acknowledging the influence of stress on hormonal balance and acne development. Cortisol, in particular, is a formidable adversary. Our skincare solutions cater to individuals at various life stages, including teenagers, those navigating puberty, and women facing the challenges of birth control, menstrual cycles, and menopause.

With this vision, we've crafted a comprehensive product range based on three essential pillars:

✨ Outer Care
🥑 Inner Nourishment
🧘‍♀️ Mental Wellbeing

We understand that healthy skin is a lifelong journey, one that requires mindfulness, care, and dedication. It encompasses more than just skincare products and is rooted in our commitment to making the world a better place, one skin at a time.
