Toni Smith

Toni Smith is an experienced board member and consultant with a strong background in nonprofit management and human services. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lakeview Pantry since May 2017, Toni has also held significant roles within The Chicago Network, where service as Program Chair is notable. During a long tenure at the Executive Service Corps of Chicago, insight was provided to area nonprofits through relevant consulting. Leadership experience includes positions as Chairperson and Executive Board Member at One Hope United, along with contributions to the Associated Colleges of Illinois, focusing on supporting minority and first-generation college students. Additional advisory roles at the Kellogg Center for Nonprofits and participation in the Visiting Committee for the Oriental Institute reflect a commitment to education and social impact. Toni's long career at Spencer Stuart included various executive roles within the nonprofit sector. Education was completed at Vassar College and The Brearley School.
