Brandon Sieve

Brandon Sieve is a professional with extensive experience in performance and continuous improvement across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Manager of Performance Improvement at Crowe since June 2022, Brandon has held key roles at Stepan Company from 2017, including Continuous Improvement Project Leader in Operations Management, Production Team Leader, and Production Engineer. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Production Engineer at Honeywell from 2014 to 2017 and gained initial experience as a Design Engineer at EN Engineering in 2013. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 2010 and 2013.
