Butch Dery

Butch Dery currently serves as the Technical Manager for Home and Personal Care at Nouryon since September 2018, overseeing a range of product categories including chelating agents, surfactants, and polymers. Prior to Nouryon, Butch Dery held various roles at Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry from 2008 to September 2018, culminating in positions such as Manager of Technical Service and Product Development, and Global R&D Manager for Fabric and Cleaning. Butch Dery's earlier experience at AkzoNobel from July 1992 to July 2004 included roles such as Section Head for Home and Personal Care and Acting Section Head for Product and Process Research. Butch Dery began a career in process development at Ciba-Geigy from 1988 to 1992.
