Charlotte Björnsdotter Lundgren has a diverse and extensive work experience. Charlotte started their career as a Trainee at the European Commission in 2002. Charlotte then worked as an Auditor at Frejs Revisionsbyrå AB from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they served as a Law Clerk at Alingsås District Court from 2006 to 2007. Charlotte then joined Mannheimer Swartling as an Advokat/Senior Associate from 2007 to 2013.

In 2013, Charlotte joined AkzoNobel as a Senior Legal Counsel and later became the Director Legal Nordics from 2015 to 2018. Charlotte then moved on to Nouryon, where they held multiple roles, including Director Legal Nordics, Legal Director and Compliance Officer for the Nordics, and Vice President, Legal Director, and Compliance Officer for the Nordics. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, General Counsel Nordics, and General Counsel EMEA at Nouryon.

Charlotte Björnsdotter Lundgren completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Lund University. Charlotte also pursued a Masters in Law at Lund University, which they completed in 2003. Additionally, they spent a year studying Law at Université d'Orléans in 2000 and took a short course in French at Université Savoie Mont Blanc in the same year.
