Frank Hoks

Frank Hoks has over 30 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Frank started their career in 1989 as a Process- & Lead Commissioning Engineer at AkzoNobel Energy, Salinco. Frank then worked at AkzoNobel Energy as a Process Engineer from 1994-1995 and moved on to Methanor, where they served as a Senior Process Engineer from 1995-1998. Frank joined AkzoNobel Industrial Chemicals, Delesto in 1998 as a Lead Commissioning Engineer for boiler installations. Frank continued their tenure at AkzoNobel Industrial Chemicals and held positions such as Plant Maintenance Manager from 1999-2002 and Site- & Plant Manager Salt from 2002-2008. Currently, Frank is working as the Director of Technology Salt at Nouryon since 2008.

Frank Hoks earned their Ir, MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente. Frank attended the university from 1984 to 1989.
