Robert McArver

Robert McArver has extensive experience in government relations and advocacy in various industries. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Nouryon, a specialty chemicals leader. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Government Affairs, North America at Covestro, where they led the company's advocacy efforts on environmental, energy, and trade issues. Robert has also worked as the Vice President of Petrochemicals at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers and as the Vice President of Policy & Government Relations at the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers. In addition, they have held leadership roles in government relations at Celanese Corporation, SOCMA, and The Jefferson Group. McArver's work experience demonstrates their expertise in developing and implementing government relations programs, advocating for industry priorities, and advising senior management on regulatory matters.

Robert McArver attended Duke University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree in History. Robert then went on to study at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
