Paul has extensive experience across health administration, ranging from clinical governance and operations to people management, higher education, clinical informatics, research and commercialization, in the public and private sectors.

He has 10 years of experience as a health service executive, most recently as Chief Medical Officer at Western Health, a multi-campus health network with a budget of around $1 billion. Paul has a passion for improving systems to deliver safe and quality healthcare through grassroots innovation.
