Rodney Williams

Rodney Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and Indigenous services. Currently serving as Principal at Nous Group, Rodney leads the First Nations Practice and co-chairs the Reconciliation Action Plan working group. Previous roles include CEO of the CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program, where Rodney focused on creating pathways for Indigenous young adults in higher education, and various positions at Indigenous Business Australia, enhancing economic independence for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Rodney's background also encompasses significant leadership roles in organizations such as Westpac and the Social Investment Group. Rodney holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment from Queensland University of Technology.
