Janet has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. She has held leadership positions in operations, people and leadership management, sales and management consulting. In the past four years, she has led large-scale data governance programs, process improvement and operational execution for a ‘big five’ bank. She has expertise in leading teams through ambiguous or undefined scope; testing new methodologies, tools and approaches; and solving complex business problems.
