Trisha Santhanam

Trisha is a strategic and service designer who has experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to bring together research insights, data and technology to inform and create experiences that balance the achievement of customer and organisational goals. Trisha has developed customer experience strategies for established Australian and multi-national APAC brands. She enjoys taking on interesting and complex problems and helping shape them into tangible experiences.
