Malay Pradhan

Malay Pradhan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager HR at Nous Infosystems since September 2008, Malay handles a generalist HR role. Previously, Malay was an HR Specialist at Flextronics/Solectron from December 2005 to June 2008, managing HR activities for all services employees nationwide. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive in Human Resources at Max Healthcare from 2004 to 2005. Malay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the International Institute for Special Education, completed between 2002 and 2004.
