Raghu Ramesh

Raghu Ramesh has primarily worked in talent acquisition roles throughout their career. Raghu started as a Team Lead at eQURA in May 2004, where they managed a team of four IT recruiters and was responsible for interviewing, screening, and allocating job assignments. Raghu also interacted with clients to gather requirements and managed the recruitment database.

In November 2004, Raghu joined Nous Infosystems as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they strategized and planned the recruitment model to meet hiring targets efficiently and cost-effectively. Raghu assigned requisitions to team members and ensured timely closures in compliance with business standards. Raghu also mentored and provided guidance to recruiting coordinators.
