Deanna Garibaldi

Deanna Garibaldi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Deanna started their career at Six Flags America as an Operations Manager from September 2007 to March 2009. Deanna then joined Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark as an HR Coordinator from March 2009 to April 2010, and later became an HR Manager from April 2010 to July 2011. Since July 2011, Deanna has been working at NOV, where they held various roles in human resources. Deanna started as a Human Resources Representative from July 2011 to January 2013, then became a Human Resources Manager from January 2013 to March 2017. From March 2017 to January 2020, they served as a Human Resources Director, and most recently, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Director from January 2020 to June 2021. At NOV, their most recent role is Vice President Human Resources, which they have been holding since June 2021.

Deanna Garibaldi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2012. Deanna then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they completed in 2016. In addition to their degrees, Deanna Garibaldi holds certifications including PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
