Hadi Meerza

Hadi Meerza currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit at NOV, overseeing the global audit function and reporting to the Audit Committee Chair and CFO, while also being a member of the SEC Disclosure Committee. Prior to this role, Hadi held positions such as Vice President of Finance at M/D Totco, where responsibilities included financial reporting and planning for the business unit, and Business Unit Controller, managing significant revenue units in the Wellbore Technologies segment. Additional experience includes Regional Controller for Drilling and Intervention and Internal Audit Manager. Hadi's career began at PwC, focusing on forensic services, conducting investigations, and advising on technical accounting matters. Hadi holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
