Hardik Bheda

Hardik Bheda is the Vice President of Global Operations at NOV Rig Equipment, where they drive operational excellence and standardization across North America, Europe, and India. Previously, Hardik held various roles at NOV, including Director of Operations and Materials Manager, leading initiatives to optimize supply chains and improve manufacturing processes. Their early experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance at SKF and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Hardik holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
