Silje Stougaard is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Vivino. Silje has also previously held positions at Alm. Brand and JYSK, where they served as a Product Owner, Digital Business Developer, and Regional Customer Service Manager, respectively. In their role as Regional Customer Service Manager, Silje was responsible for matrixing customer service centers in 8 countries and securing best practices to ensure high quality customer service. Silje also oversaw the training and learning program for customer service representatives, defined and maintained customer service procedures, ensured interactive communication with customers, and implemented projects to improve the customer experience.

Silje Stougaard has a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation, philosophy and economics from Copenhagen Business Academy. Silje also has an Academy Level in Business Coaching from Copenhagen Business School and a High School diploma from Frederiksberg Higher Preparation Exam.

Silje Stougaard reports to Olivier Grémillon, CEO. and Katy Petersen - Senior CX Manager reports to Silje Stougaard. They are on a team with Morten Fillipsen - VP, Asia Pacific & Emerging Markets, Alexandra Dimiziani - Chief Marketing Officer, and Courtney Quattrini - VP, Global Communications.
