Katarzyna Żelazińska-Małys

Katarzyna Żelazińska-Małys has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Katarzyna started their career as an English Teacher at various Language Schools and then moved on to work as a Junior Recruiter and HR Specialist at thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes. After that, they worked at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, where they held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing, supporting Vestas. Katarzyna also took on the additional responsibility of being an Internal Trainer and Leader of the L&D Team. Katarzyna then joined Randstad Sourceright as Manager Operations, supporting Google, where they managed a recruitment team and oversaw various IT and IT-related roles. Currently, they are working as an HR Central Team Lead at NOV. Overall, Katarzyna's experience encompasses recruitment, talent acquisition, team management, HR support, and teaching.

Katarzyna Żelazińska-Małys holds a Master's degree in English Philology from the University of Gdansk, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Philology at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Katarzyna also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, obtained in 2023.
