Mohammad Elhaj

Mohammad Elhaj, PMP, currently serves as an HSE Risk Engineer at NOV since November 2025 and as the Owner of AutoCraft Studio, where custom vehicle silhouettes and accessories are designed using 3D printing skills. Previously, Mohammad worked as an Industrial Engineer at Sulzer from August 2020 to November 2025, emphasizing process safety and optimization across 31 facilities while collaborating with HSE, Operations, and Engineering teams. An Industrial Engineering Intern at Daikin North America in 2019, Mohammad improved production efficiency through 5S auditing and line balancing. Earlier experience includes a Part-Time Athlete role at Nike and an Engineering Intern position at Texas A&M Transportation Institute, where traffic data analysis was performed. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, earned in 2020.
