Rishabh Bana

Rishabh Bana is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at NOV since April 2025. Prior to this, Rishabh served as a Senior Materials and Process Engineer at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai, where responsibilities included cost reduction and LEAN implementation in manufacturing processes. Rishabh's background includes a tenure at GE Vernova as a Process Development Engineer, focusing on the design of manufacturing processes for wind blades, conducting defect analysis, technology development, and implementing Six Sigma and LEAN methods. Earlier experience includes a Research and Development Engineer role at Triovision Composite Technologies, where Rishabh managed production processes and conducted research on composite materials. Rishabh began a career in research as an intern at IFSTTAR, contributing to the mechanical characterization of composites. Rishabh holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Processes and Technology of Composites from Centrale Nantes, with ongoing studies for an MBA in Operations Management at Manipal University Jaipur, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
