NAM Reliability Engineering Manager

Roger Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and product line engineering, currently serving as the NAM Reliability Engineering Manager at NOV since May 2012. Smith has a proven track record in developing innovative bearing assemblies for rotary steerable assist mud lube motors and has led significant engineering updates.
