Sean Cook

Sean Cook currently serves as the Global Engineering System Processes & Scheduling Manager at NOV, where responsibilities include managing and standardizing engineering processes, and overseeing a team of Global Process Engineers. Cook also leads the Global Engineering Scheduling team, implementing process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Previous experience includes roles at TechnipFMC as IT Global Resource Planning Manager, where Cook developed resource management solutions for over 300 IT projects, and significant positions at Boeing and other companies focusing on scheduling and project management across diverse industries. Cook holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Southern University.
