Wade Mendoza

Wade Mendoza is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in drilling solutions and production enhancement. Currently serving as the Drilling Solutions Engineering Manager for NOV since September 2014, Wade provides technical assistance for drilling operations in the Northeast US, focusing on drill bits, borehole enlargement tools, and drilling optimization. Previous roles include District Manager and Drilling Solutions Engineer for NOV, where Wade specialized in ReedHycalog drill bits and provided technical support tailored to operator requirements. Prior experience at Halliburton as a Production Enhancement Field Engineer involved designing horizontal shale completion strategies and conducting onsite job analysis. Wade holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
