Andreas Alexandris is a seasoned professional in the mobile network and customer experience sectors, currently serving as a Senior Mobile Network Engineer at Nova since December 2019. Prior to this role, Andreas worked at TS Solutions (formerly Arvato SA) for nearly a decade, initially as a Customer Experience Manager and later managing customer care and functional delivery. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Supervisor with expertise in repair processes and training across various leading mobile brands including Apple, Lenovo/Moto/Motorola, HTC, and Nokia Mobile from 2001 to 2019, where Andreas developed skills in software validation, debugging, and KPIs.
