Erofili Filippou has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erofili started their career as a Researcher under scholarship at the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) Institute of Electronic Structure & Laser from September 2000 to November 2002.
In 2003, Erofili joined Forthnet and held various roles over the years. Erofili started as an IT Analyst and later became an IT Senior Business Analyst in the Billing and Integration Department. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Head of IT Business Analysis, Operations & Business Processes Department. In their role, they led a team of business analysts and IT-operators and focused on cross-departmental projects and portfolio planning.
From 2015 to 2017, Erofili was the IT Senior Project Manager & Head of Business Intelligence Department at Forthnet. Erofili was responsible for managing projects and leading the Business Intelligence Team.
Finally, Erofili joined Nova in 2017 as the IT Senior Manager and Head of the Project Management Office - Business & Technical Analysis. Erofili successfully handled all technology projects, including product and service development, process design, and expansion into new technologies. In 2021, they were promoted to IT Director at Nova.
Erofili Filippou completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Leicester, UK, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Crete, Greece, between 2000 and 2002. Erofili also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Crete, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Erofili completed their high school education at Arsakeio School in Psychiko, Greece, in 1997.
