Eric Charest

Eric Charest is a seasoned professional in the field of quality management and product support, currently serving as the Product Support Manager at Nova Bus since July 2014. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Quality Director at Alstom Transport, where responsibilities included overseeing supplier and manufacturing quality, new hardware and software development quality, and CMMI certification. Eric's career also includes project management in the aerospace sector as the CSeries Electrical/Avionics Project Manager at Bombardier Aerospace, along with extensive experience at Nortel in various quality and engineering roles. Eric Charest holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval and is a Certified Reliability Engineer from the American Society for Quality.
