Alan Schrob

Alan Schrob serves as the Director of Mechanical Recycling at NOVA Chemicals, where responsibilities include advancing the company's 2030 Circular Economy goals through the development of business relationships for a sustainable supply of PE PCR. With extensive experience at NOVA Chemicals since 1999, Alan has held multiple leadership roles including Manager of PCR Business Development, Leader of Market Management overseeing 12 businesses with over $3B in revenue, and Director of Purchasing & Supply. Key accomplishments include significant revenue growth and market share increases across various sectors, leading successful transformation programs resulting in substantial cost reductions, and cultivating partnerships for innovation and investment. In addition, Alan is a member of the Board of Directors at Deep Springs International, focusing on improving access to safe water in developing countries.
