John Avolio

John Avolio is an experienced professional in the plastics and chemicals industry, currently serving as a Value Chain Manager at NOVA Chemicals since December 2012, after previously holding the position of Account Manager for Polyethylene. Prior to NOVA Chemicals, John worked as an Account Manager at Spartech Corporation and held the role of Regional Sales Manager at Rexam. At Braskem, John was a Polypropylene Technical Service Engineer, focusing on providing technical service and sales support in the Caps and Closure Market as well as the Film Market. Throughout the career, John has been responsible for managing significant accounts projected to exceed 250 million pounds of Polypropylene annually and has developed new Polypropylene resins based on current polymer technologies. John holds a degree from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
