Roger Kearns

Roger Kearns is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemicals and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as President and CEO of NOVA Chemicals since June 2023, Kearns has held multiple senior roles at Westlake since May 2018, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Performance and Essential Materials. Previous leadership positions include a significant tenure at Global BioDiagnostics Corp. as a Member of the Board of Directors, overseeing rapid diagnostic solutions for global markets, and at Solvay, where Kearns was a Member of the Executive Committee, managing various business units and leading operations in Asia Pacific. Kearns also held key leadership roles at Vinythai PCL and Solvay Polymers. Educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University and degrees in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Engineering Arts from Georgetown College.
