Declan Flanagan is the Founder & CEO of Bluestar Energy Capital, a global renewable energy investment platform. Prior to this, Flanagan served as the Executive Vice President & CEO Onshore at Ørsted and was the CEO of Lincoln Clean Energy, LLC. Additionally, Declan was the CEO of E.On Climate & Renewables North America and Airtricity North America. Flanagan holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, an M.Sc. in Environmental Management from Ulster University, and a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from University of Galway. Currently, Flanagan also serves as the Chairperson of Nova Clean Energy, a North American focused project development platform of Bluestar Energy Capital.
