Alexander Dybdahl

Alexander Dybdahl currently serves as the Head of Recruitment at NOVA Consulting Group, a prominent Scandinavian consulting company, since October 2021. In this role, Alexander leads recruitment efforts for a firm known for advising and managing digital solutions for leading Nordic brands. Prior to this, Alexander held various positions, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Headhunter at Glasspaper, where the focus was on recruiting for digital roles. Additional experience includes serving as a board member at both Kjørnes Vel and Vålerenga American Football, and holding key account management roles at Egmont Hjemmet Mortensen and Bilforlaget AS. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, complemented by earlier studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
