Ira Golub

Ira Golub is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Strategic Finance Lead at Nova Credit since July 2025, Ira previously held key roles at Bregal Sagemount as an Operating Principal, focusing on value creation for a $7B+ private equity fund, and at Dorilton as an Operating Vice President, where responsibilities included designing commercial strategies for portfolio companies. Ira's earlier career includes significant consulting roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners, advising clients on growth optimization, and engagement in brand development and marketing strategy at Newell Brands and The Coca-Cola Company. Ira holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
