Tatiyana Nicholson

Tatiyana Nicholson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tatiyana started their career at Sotheby's International Realty as a Marketing Manager in 1999 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Regional Marketing Manager at Home Properties. Following that, they worked at Morgan Properties as a Regional Marketing & Training Manager from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, Tatiyana started their own business, Nova Electric LLC, where they currently serve as the Co-Owner/President. Nova Electric specializes in electrical contracting, particularly in the commercial and retail sectors in the New York City and Tri-state area. Tatiyana's business is certified as a WBE (Woman-owned Business Enterprise) by the City of New York.

Tatiyana Nicholson obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University between 1992 and 1996. Tatiyana also holds additional certifications including Construction Mentorship Program - City of New York from the City of New York in 2017, Construction Project Management from Pace University-New York in 2016, and NAAEI Advanced Instructor Certification from the National Apartment Association in 2009.
