Abdul Osman

Abdul Osman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing services and business analysis. Currently serving as a Director at Hameed & Sons since July 2013, Abdul also holds the position of Billing Services Manager at Nova Energy since May 2009, where responsibilities include high-value customer billing, business analysis, revenue assurance, and process improvement. Previously, at Nova Energy, Abdul held various roles including Billing Manager for TOU gas and Billing Team Leader, focusing on billing process management, revenue reporting, and team leadership. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Analyst and Business Process Analyst at Metrowater, as well as a Logistics Specialist at Flightline Aviation Limited. Abdul holds a Master of Business Studies in Management from Auckland University of Technology and additional qualifications from Murdoch University and The University of Notre Dame Australia.
