Freddo Ngwem, PE, currently serves as a Geotechnical Project Manager and CMT Project Manager at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Freddo worked as a Geotechnical Engineer In Training and Engineering Field Technician at Southern Engineering and Testing from March 2021 to May 2023.
