Bill Whittaker

Bill Whittaker has extensive experience in business development, currently serving at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since April 2017. Previously, Bill held the position of Assistant Vice President at AMEC Engineering & Consulting from April 1969 to October 2012, beginning a career with Law Engineering after completing three years of service in the United States Army. Bill graduated from Grady High School in 1965, completed coursework at the United States Army Technical School in Fort Belvoir, Virginia in 1966, and pursued further education in project management through a Georgia Tech continuing education course in 1973.
