Randall Bagwell

Randall Bagwell has extensive work experience in the engineering and environmental field. Randall is currently working as a Principal Engineer at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of NOVA Engineering and Environmental LLC from November 2001 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for operational management and also served as a senior geotechnical and materials engineer. Randall had technical and management responsibilities for multiple offices across the U.S. In addition, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from April 1996 to November 2001. Randall initially joined PSI as a branch manager and their responsibilities grew to include various offices in the Southeast and Pacific Northwest, including Hawaii. Before that, they worked at Law Engineering, Inc. from April 1985 to April 1996, where they started as a staff geotechnical engineer and eventually became the manager of the geotechnical, drilling, and construction materials testing departments in Birmingham.

Randall Bagwell obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Engineering from The University of Alabama. Randall completed their undergraduate education at the university, studying from 1980 to 1984.
