Tess Davies

Tess Davies has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tess started their career in 2012 as a Graphic Design and Digital Assistant at Oriel Lighting Australia. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Student Ambassador at Queensland University of Technology. In 2015, they interned at GroupM as part of the M Grad Programme. Tess then joined Maxus in 2016 as a Media Assistant. In 2017, they worked at Wavemaker as an Investment & Activation Executive. Since 2018, they have been at NOVA Entertainment, initially as a Partnerships Strategist and currently as the Head of Audio Partnerships.

Tess Davies attended Brisbane Girls Grammar School from 2007 to 2011 but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. In 2012, they enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and completed a Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Psychology degree with a focus on Advertising, graduating in 2015. As part of their studies, they also spent the 2014 Spring Semester as an exchange student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they further studied Advertising and Marketing. In 2016, they obtained the MFA Digital Foundations: Certificate 1 - Paid Digital from the Media Federation of Australia. In 2011, they also earned a Certificate II in Information Technology from Vocational Education and Training.
